Environmental sustainability: By optimizing energy consumption and reducing food waste, the project promotes a more responsible use of natural resources, aligning with the sector’s environmental requirements.

Quality improvement: Through innovation in production processes, the project enables the achievement of a higher-quality end product, increasing the competitiveness of the participating companies.

Innovation in digitalization: By interconnecting IT systems and platforms, the project facilitates better production management and more agile, effective decision-making, raising the technological level of the industry.

The working group involved in this project includes the Digitalization and New Business Models groups, aiming to develop innovative technological solutions that contribute to improving productivity and sustainability in the milling industry.
