The Foodservice Cluster of Catalonia is a cluster organization that is intended to promote and strengthen the competitiveness of the foodservice segment. The Foodservice Cluster promotes initiatives aimed at driving the foodservice sector of Catalonia and stimulating and exploiting the synergies between the members of the value chain in order to drive the development of transforming projects.

On December 18, the Foodservice Cluster held its traditional Christmas Lunch, an event that has become firmly established as the final major gathering of the year and a key forum for sharing insights, data, and a forward-looking sector vision with the companies and professionals that make up the foodservice ecosystem.
The event also served as the premiere presentation of the Foodservice Observatory 2025, prepared by Circana, a strategic tool designed to analyze sector evolution, identify emerging trends, and support informed decision-making.
