The Cluster Foodservice celebrated its fifth edition of the Strategic Immersion in La Fageda last Thursday, May 16, focusing this year on the most valuable asset of companies, people. The day was attended by almost a hundred companies in the food sector.
This activity, which is held once a year, with the support of ACCIÓ, becomes a meeting point with the members of the cluster, receiving a very good reception and being valued very positively by all partners and collaborating agents.
This year we took the opportunity to spend the night at Hotel Vall de Bas the night before the Immersion with some of the partners. The gintonics workshop as a recreational activity after dinner helped strengthen the relationships between the participating partners.
Following the schedule, 16 of May was opened with the welcome of the president, Raimon Bagó and then continued with the Ordinary Assembly of partners.
Judith Viader, Managing Director of Frit Ravich and María Saló, HR Director of Frit Ravich opened the presentation session talking about the central axes of the digital transformation and its Feel Frit experiential model reorienting the intensity of human resources and organization in the positivism and the company culture towards the client.
After a coffee break, Gemma Vidal, Director of Human Resources at UDON, spoke about the human relationships within her company and the company philosophy that they apply based on gender equality and the training model of Udon University with the support of a mobile app to certify the courses of 1000 people in the organization.
To make the day more enjoyable we made a guided tour of the facilities of the Fageda, where we could enjoy a wonderful natural environment.
After the outdoor buffet lunch we entered the final and most emotional part of the day with the presentation of Raphael Nagel, President of the Nagel Foundation, talking about “Shared Value” to learn how to share value and how to be socially responsible earning money .
The event concluded with the presentation of Cristofol Colon, General Director of the Fageda, telling us the real story of its creation based on a complete model of values and beliefs. His business model revolves around three fundamental aspects: the will to solve a social problem, solve this problem through a company and be a non-profit company.
Finally the Cluster Foodservice offered a closing toast to conclude the day with the desire to reunite for next year.
