This Tuesday, June 1, the first session of the business mentoring ‘Disruption of business models’ took place. In the session, IESE professor José Luis Nueno reviewed the main disruptive trends that have emerged in recent times and that represent an opportunity to evolve the business model of companies in the foodservice sector.
To take advantage of all the potential offered by these changes in the environment, Nueno believes that it is necessary to break with the dominant logic to rethink and question the current model and thus successfully break it down. In this sense, he presented concrete examples of initiatives in the sector that represent this change in the business model.
Now that we know the WHAT, in the next session we will focus on the HOW. IESE professor Mike Rosenberg will be in charge of talking about the implementation of this disruption in the business model in the 2nd session of business mentoring, which will take place next Tuesday, June 15, from 10 a.m. to noon.
