The Cluster Foodservice team presented the lines of work, strategic objectives and program of activities for this 2021 in a virtual session held last Wednesday, January 27 and open to all partners.
Throughout the session, the work plan for 2021 was announced, with actions and projects aligned to achieve the detected strategic objectives. A plan to relaunch and strengthen the sector, focusing on generating business in a collaborative and innovative way, and focusing on digitalization, sustainability, nutrition and efficiency.
In this way, all the actions that will be carried out this year have been classified within six strategic axes:
- Knowledge and networking
- New models and business generation
- Innovation management
- Nutrition and Health
The session also discussed the projects currently underway, and those that are expected to open soon, as well as the ARC grants from the Waste Agency and the European Next Generation EU recovery plans.
