Yesterday was held the session “New digital tools for restaurateurs to expand sales, generate traffic and improve profitability”, focused on publicizing digital proposals in order to predict sales, improve profitability, generate traffic and sales, customer loyalty or avoid losses , thefts and robberies in the restoration.
During the session, Jordi Castells and Lali Soler, from Eurecat Centre Tecnològic, presented the 4.0 transformation plan for the foodservice sector. The report draws up a series of proposals after a whole process of identifying challenges and opportunities to incorporate Industry 4.0 technologies into the value chain. Among these proposals, we find tools to predict demand, customize supply according to the customer, identify potential customers or create a hub to coordinate delivery.
Next, Bernardo Melguizo, from Nextt, unveiled the NO LOSS project, which was born with the desire to be a unified platform to have information available in real time to control capacity, minimize losses or leaks, study the productivity of the personal or increase the profitability of the business.
Finally, Álvaro Tapia, from ACCIÓ, presented the call for coupon grants for ACCIÓ’s business competitiveness, with special emphasis on those that refer to the promotion of the technological transformation of companies.
