
On March 30 and 31, 2017, the III Strategic Immersion of the Foodservice Cluster took place.
The day was held in the Hotel Colón Thalasso Termal of Caldes d’Estrac.
It is an annual meeting, open to the sector as a whole, where this year was attended by experts who discussed different topics of interest: industry 4.0 in industries, strategy and innovation in times of uncertainty, the circular economy to the foodservice business environment or different experiences to the customer experience, to international markets or to the process of manufacturing/distribution.
The day hosted more than 50 representatives of the entire value chain of the foodservice, were two days full of activities, lectures and inspiring guests recognized in the sector: Networking Inspiration Collaborative Projects.
