Projecte de reducció de l´obesitat infantil a través de la gamificació

EDUGAM is a Project for the implementation of a nutrition intervention study for the promotion of healthy lifestyle aimed at primary school students and their family and social environment to create shared value using effective scientific methodologies.
The objective is to increase the level of technical knowledge and the tendency of healthy food and health and lifestyles to design and make a viable nutrition intervention program in schools run by companies in the foodservice sector as a tool of differential competitiveness innovative and shared value, using effective and proven scientific methodologies that allow it to position it as the reference program in Catalonia.

Control de l´alimentació, nutrició i seguretat alimentària a escola gràcies a EDUGAM

The Foodservice Cluster, Serhs Food, Campos Estela and Eurecat participate in this project. The expected impact is the improvement of the lifestyles (food and physical activity) of the participants (social impact) and at the same time the competitiveness of the boost companies by offering a scientifically validated intervention, with tangible and real results, that can become a reference in Catalonia and with the involvement of the main agents, in accordance with the spirit of the creation of shared value, responding to a social challenge as relevant as obesity and other pathologies related to unhealthy lifestyles .
The project aims to design and test the viability of a nutrition intervention program in schools run by companies in the foodservice sector as an innovative and value-added differential competitiveness tool, given that the sector considers the awareness of a large part of the population in the relation between nutrition and health, and therefore, works in activities that promote healthy lifestyles in the environment in which they operate (school and school meals, school children and their families and social environment) and that at the same time allows The companies that are part of it see favored their competitiveness by the values they share and the offer of activity that complements their catering offer, both with an impact on the social challenge of unhealthy lifestyles.
