We present the IV Conference on Nutrition and Health “Application of omic sciences to precision nutrition” with the participation of Josep M del Bas (Eurecat), Javier Ojuel (Alimmenta), Ignasi Papell (Eurecat) and Teresa Tarragó and Pol Cervera (Exheus).
In this day we will address the opportunities offered by the omics sciences for the food and distribution companies and we will present projects that have been developed in this area: Metangendiet, Preventomics and Exheus.
At the end of the presentations there will be a time to have an open debate to create a space to talk about trends, projects, activities and suggestions.
