IV STRATEGIES TO FACE THE FUTURE (GENÍS ROCA)

On July 9, the 4th conference “STRATEGIES TO FACE THE FUTURE” of the Catalonia Clusters Cycle will take place online. This time we will have the presence of Genís Roca, president and partner of Roca-Salvatella, who will talk about management.

In an uncertain environment like the current one, we need a management characterized by agility, which allows us to make and modify decisions on the fly.

The strategic plan is dead, what dominates now is an action plan. How long it takes to test your idea becomes key. These are times of agility.

In this context, this crisis will serve to take a definitive step towards digitalization, and will therefore become an engine of change.

Companies need to understand that the real challenge of digitization is whether they are willing to do things differently, reconsider processes, and whether to change attitudes. Genís Roca, president and partner of Roca-Salvatella will offer us a global vision in this sense.

This seminar is the fourth in the Cicle Catalunya Clústers “ESTRATÈGIES PER ENCARAR EL FUTUR”, organized by ACCIÓ and the 29 clusters in the  Catalunya Clústers program.
