We present the III Conference on Nutrition and Health on “Challenges of consumption of vegetable and animal protein” with the participation of Santi Aliaga (Zyrcular Foods), Vanesa Martinez Chamorro (Grupo Carinsa) and Montse Jorba (LEITAT Technological Center).
In this day we will deal with issues such as the context and reality of vegetable protein now and in the near future. Also, sustainability and the circular economy in the proteins of the future through experience in projects. And finally, sustainable vegetable protein sources.
