III Conference on Nutrition and Health “Challenges of consumption of vegetable and animal protein”

We present the III Conference on Nutrition and Health on “Challenges of consumption of vegetable and animal protein” with the participation of Santi Aliaga (Zyrcular Foods), Vanesa Martinez Chamorro (Grupo Carinsa) and Montse Jorba (LEITAT Technological Center).

In this day we will deal with issues such as the context and reality of vegetable protein now and in the near future. Also, sustainability and the circular economy in the proteins of the future through experience in projects. And finally, sustainable vegetable protein sources.

Above all, we like to leave some time at the end of the day to have an open debate and listen to our associates and create a space to talk about trends, projects, activities and suggestions. Do not miss it!
