II STRATEGIES TO FACE THE FUTURE

The current crisis situation caused by the Covidien-19 emergency has impacted the entire Catalan economy at different levels. The leadership of the companies and the strategic approach are key to emerge reinforced in the new normal.

To gain an in-depth understanding of the business reality, we compared CEOs of four member companies of the clusters who will share how they have strategically approached the current situation and what their vision is for the future.
