Our partner Gallina Blanca Foodservice is present at the HIP 2021, from 22 to 24 March, IFEMA stand 3D408, supporting the hospitality industry and providing innovative solutions to promote the recovery of the sector. This year, Gallina Blanca Foodservice presents its innovative concept: Paella experience.
It is a mobile unit to make a large number of pans easily and cost-effectively, in a short period of time, anywhere. This unit allows you to make pans with a new method of assembly, in an independent operating station easy to use and the use of culinary bases previously prepared to ensure excellent taste.
It also allows an attractive cooking show that involves the consumer in this dish of enjoyment so relevant in Spanish cuisine. In the current context of pandemic, it allows to take this unit to open spaces and to avoid agglomerations to guarantee the health of the people.
For the elaboration of this new concept, Gallina Blanca Foodservice has had the help of the club Top F&B and its own team of chefs experts in wines and rice. To learn more about the Paella Experience and its rice dishes, Gallina Blanca will be present at the HIP, from 22 to 24 March at IFEMA, stand 3D408.
