In the frame of the Forum Gastronòmic of Girona took place a day promoted by the Clúster Foodservice to the room of together of the Palace Firal where counted with the presence of experts

The past 21 of November in the frame of the Forum Gastronòmic of Girona took place a day promoted by the Clúster Foodservice to the room of together of the Exhibtion Palace where counted with the presence of experts in several fields that spoke of how

• Like facing the challenges of freshness, without preservatives and long useful life, in food minimum processed satisfying the wishes of the consumer.
• The importance to alert of the changes in the in time real products so as to guarantee the alimentary security.
• Cases of success of companies of the pork sector swine that have achieved to extend caducities and improve the processes of alimentary security.
• Strategies and potentiality of the circular economy in the sector Foodservice.

Finally, the Day finalised with a round table where debated points of view on reduction of the waste, improvement of the alimentary security to schools , reduction and valorisation of waste.
