On the 23rd and 24th of January, fifteen companies from Clusters Foodservice participated in the Sirha de Lion fair, one of the most important in the world of catering and hostelry.
The event, which takes place every two years, has more than 3,000 exhibitors and international brands of food products, equipment or services for professionals.
The Cluster exhibiting companies were Sosa, Promerca, Pujadas, Barry Callebaut and Davigel. And as visitors, Assolim Foodservice, Carns Romeu, Innova Projectes, Frigorífics Ferrer, Capdevila Germans, Serhs Food, Sighore, La Tagliatella, Campos Estela, Audens Food among others.
The companies were part of a Catalan delegation headed by the delegate of the Government of France and Switzerland, Martí Anglada, which has the presence of the Catalan Tourism Agency and PRODECA.
Participation in this event is one of the challenges of Clusters Foodservice, internationalization, which continues the International Intercluster Meeting, held in Barcelona last October between Catalonia and the region of Auvergne-Rhône- Alpes to promote co-operation between Catalan and French Clusters.
